Bio:
Diana Day has more than two decades of accounts receivable management, call center, and Business Process Outsourcing experience. She has worked in the service of government clients for over 20 years, having previously served as the client services manager for a Fortune 100 company specializing in the collection of past due receivables, and as a national account executive for one of the country's top government collection agencies. An honors graduate of Ohio University, she holds bachelor's degrees in psychology and business.
