The access to manage a Listing on OS AI and that needed to read premium news content require different permission levels. Some newer users may require a user ID at both levels in order to seamlessly access both their listing and news content. Though the ID and password can be identical, each will need to be set up separately.

To test – visit https://listings.orangeslices.ai/. Try once to login with your user ID and password. If you get a message that indicates your user ID does not exist, please follow the prompts instead to create a user ID. (remember they can and for convenience, should, be identical to what you have already).

If you are the listing owner, the Listing should now be accessible to you. Please note that only one user ID can ‘manage’ a company listing. If you do not have access at this point, the Listing may be under another user ID. If you are still having difficulties or this did not work, please connect with support@orangeslices.ai.

OrangeSlices AI offers two different types of packages. 

Listing packages are available when a user is claiming their company listing profile. The user may select a Complimentary Basic Listing, or one of our paid Listing packages with additional features. The full details for our Listing Packages are here.

Partnering and Teaming packages are available on a limited basis and include Premium Customer Support options to help you find and connect with the right teaming partners. The full details for our Partnering and Teaming Packages are here.

You can request a demo of the OrangeSlices site to learn more about how to use the tools, how to customize your listing, or other services and packages available by clicking here.

First, search for your company by clicking on the search icon in the very top right. Type in your company name and click Company Listings.

If you find it in the available listings:

  • Click to go to the listing page, and then click the green Claim this Listing button. 
  • Click the orange “Choose a package” button.
  • On the next page, select from the OrangeSlices AI listing packages. (Note: The Basic listing is complimentary.)
  • If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login on the next page. If you do not have a user account on OrangeSlices, one will be created during the claim process. Note that the Claimant email must be associated with the company domain or it will not be approved. (Please also note that only one person may ‘claim’ and thereby have authority to edit a listing. If this task will be shared please consider a shared distribution email/login for all of the parties involved. If you have questions about this, please contact us at support@orangeslices.ai)
  • Fill out your information in the form. If you have selected a paid listing package, fill out the billing information. 
  • Once you click the orange “Sign up now” button at the bottom, the OrangeSlices AI Team will review your claim. If we have any questions or need further clarification, we will reach out to you. 

If you do not find your listing on the OrangeSlices AI site already, you can go to Add Your Company to create a listing.

Claims, and the approval of new listings, are reviewed and may take up to Two business days to be approved. 

Yes. You can submit your own content for consideration to your company listing by first creating a login on the OS platform. Under the ‘My Profile’ dropdown you can then select submit content to submit press releases or other news content. Please also include in the text portion a url link so we can link readers directly to your site.

A star-review on the OrangeSlices directory is intended to allow employees, clients and partners to share their experiences with a company listed on the OS AI platform.

To add a review, simply create a user ID on the OS AI platform, login, and add a comment on the company listing you wish to share insight on.

The comments added are subject to review by the OS AI team and if approved, they will be published to the listing.

*Please note that since we are focused on shining a light on good partners and good teams, negative comments will not be published.

It may be that the email is being grabbed and moved to a temporary hold in quarantine. 
 
To ensure delivery, please make sure that you have added our sender address: osfreshsqueezeddaily@orangeslices.ai to your contacts, and please do check the noted spam folders.
 
If you still don’t see the email, you may need to ask your IT department to allow our sending IPs. We do use Mailchimp for the Newsletters, and you can send the IT department this link for more information on the IP ranges they use for allowlisting: https://mailchimp.com/about/ips/
 
Managing quarantined emails appears to be an admin function so you may need to ask your email administrator to make the adjustment.
 
The steps recommend by Microsoft are as follows:
From the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center:
  1. Click Threat management and then click Review.
  2. Click Quarantine (anywhere in the box). A list of your emails in quarantine are displayed.
  3. Click any message to select it, then choose from the options given: Release message. View message header. Preview message.

OS AI will consider researching and putting forward requests for parners related to specific opportunities. Not all requests will be met but senior business leaders within the community may put forward requests to be considered. To make a request complete the form here. If the request is urgent, please message us at support@orangeslices.ai to ensure it is addressed in a timely manner.

Login to OrangeSlices.ai and click on “My Profile” (the gear icon) on the top right.

Click on the hyperlinked text “edit your password and account details”.

From the next page, you can update your account information and change your password. 

If you have forgotten your password, click on “User Login” on the top menu. 

At the bottom of the pop-up login box, click on “Lost your password”.

From the next screen, enter either your username or email address, and then click on “Reset password”. 

Check your email for a link to create a new password. Please note that sometimes our notification emails end up in Spam, so check there if you don’t see it in your inbox. 

Login to OrangeSlices.ai and click on “My Profile” (the gear icon) on the top right.

Click on “Billing Details” to update your billing information. 

We use reCAPTCHA to create an account. This is for security purposes, to prevent unauthorized access to OrangeSlicesAI by bots or spammers.

A “reCAPTCHA verification failed” message means that the site believes that your actions may be a bot.

To resolve this issue, here are a few things you can try:

If you are using a vpn or are in incognito mode, the site may not be able to recognize that you are a human. We recommend not using a vpn and not using incognito mode. 

Refresh the page and try again. 

Try a different browser to complete registration. 

Trying clearing your cache and cookies.
