Heath Anderson

Mr. Heath Anderson is CEO of ROAM FEDERAL, Co-founder of La Jolla Press (Publishing Company) and the former Chairperson of the Legislative Branch CIO Council and has over twenty years of federal information technology (IT), Finance, Human Resources and law enforcement experience having served in executive-level roles in the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and United States Capitol Police. Additionally, Mr. Anderson has served as a police officer at both the local and federal levels. He most recently served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) for the United States Capitol Police (USCP). Mr. Anderson also served as the Director, Office of Human Resources and as the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for USCP.

A native of California, Mr. Anderson graduated from Johns Hopkins University – Division of Public Safety Leadership with a Master’s degree in Management. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University in Information Technology Management.
