Mr. Vargas is currently President of Quadrant, Inc. headquartered in Reston, VA with over 30 years of professional staffing experience. Quadrant is a recognized staffing firm in the Washington, DC metro region founded in 2002 with over 500 employees, $70 million in revenue, specializing in the Healthcare, Technology, Legal and Federal staffing sectors. Mr. Vargas’s focus at Quadrant is to strategically grow their talent acquisition practice and “company brand”. Prior to joining Quadrant Mr. Vargas was co-founder and managing partner of Questa Source, LLC, “A Workforce Solution’s” staffing organization. From 2002 to 2011, Mr. Vargas was CEO & founder of Vargas & Associates, Inc. a professional staffing firm headquartered in Ashburn, VA.
From 2000 to 2002 Mr. Vargas served as a Branch Manager for DHS & Associates, a Chicago based solution’s consulting firm, hired to manage, and grow their northern Virginia operations. In 1995 Mr. Vargas was co-founder and partner of TechResponse, a staffing firm headquartered in Tysons’ Corner, VA, which he grew to six million dollars ($6 million) in revenue and one-hundred and seventy-five (175) contractors in 5 years. Mr. Vargas sold his equity in TechResponse in 2000.
Mr. Vargas’s 30-year career in the staffing industry includes working with several national brand name staffing firms such as MSI International, Technical Aid Corporation and New Boston Systems.
