FPEX was formed in 2014 by Shannon Lindauer. Shannon has 18 years of successful experience as a Capture and Proposal Manager in the government market. To date, she has participated in 1,421 government proposals and has performed as a Proposal or Capture Manager on 852 of these bids. Shannon has worked for both large and small government contractors, primarily those doing business with the Department of Defense.
FPEX has also won government contracts as a subcontractor. We have past performance supporting excellent primes on two federal civilian contracts performing cyber security and technology project management support.
