As a recent example, For People recently had an individual depart the program due to personal reasons. A1M was supportive of For People finding a new replacement, and welcoming the new replacement with open arms. They supported this individual in the transition, went above and beyond with program onboarding, and gave this gradual levels of responsibilities to make sure they weren’t overwhelmed. While other partners might view subcontractors as “just” a subcontractor, A1M views For People as co-leads on the program. Our team personnel are empowered to make decisions, think for themselves, and lead initiatives. This joint collaboration yields a significantly better product and delivers more value to our users.
